East Texas State Fair

The fair's own app for visitors and volunteers, and the console the staff run it from

The East Texas State Fair runs for ten days in Tyler. Visitors need to know what is on and where to find it. The volunteers who staff the gates, barns and arena need to know where to be and when.

Most fairs still handle that with a printed map, a schedule on the website and volunteer sign-ups in a spreadsheet.

We built one app for both crowds, and a web console the fair staff use to run it. When staff change an event in the console, it changes in the app.
